Julius Ceasar

Mr. Ceasar is an experienced educator and program manager with over 14 years of teaching and leadership experience. As Greater Vision Academy's Supervisor, he ensures smooth operations, oversees programs, and provides critical guidance on academic regulations. His expertise, dedication, and leadership make him an invaluable member of the GVU team.

School Director

Mr. Ceasar holds an M.A. in Development Studies from Uganda Martyrs University and a B.A. in Education from Makerere University. Before joining GVU in 2022, he worked at The Daughters of Charity Foundation, St. Lawrence College, and Victoria University. With over 14 years of teaching experience, he now manages programs for GVU and Mutesa 1 Royal University.

As GVU’s Supervisor, Mr. Ceasar plays a critical role in maintaining accreditation by providing guidance on Ugandan academic regulations. His responsibilities include human resources, quality control, counseling, and overseeing the general environment. He was instrumental in coordinating the construction of the new Sutton building and continues to manage ongoing interior improvements.

Mr. Ceasar lives in Kampala with his wife, Dr. Doreen Nakagaayi, a cardiologist, and their three children. In his free time, he enjoys travel, reading novels, and playing table tennis and basketball. His knowledge, leadership, and expertise have been essential to keeping GVU running smoothly, even during the challenges of rebuilding, and we are deeply grateful to have him as part of our team.
